The hotel is located in a derelict shopping arcade, which may not be appealing for some, but it is close to the centre of Porto, making it convenient for exploring the city. It is also conveniently located near the bus terminal, allowing for easy transportation. it is about a block from the subway station, making it easy to get around.

The parking situation was confusing and expensive, which was a downside of the hotel.

Lack of Information: The hotel failed to inform us in advance that we would need to bring a swimming cap or flip flops to use the indoor pool. This was quite inconvenient as we were looking forward to using the pool but couldn't due to the lack of these items.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with a Metro station right nearby. The room was also very clean and had all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful!

The hotel is conveniently located near a central bus station, making transportation easy. The pizzeria restaurant offers great food. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have been nicely renovated. The breakfast selection is varied and satisfying.

Parking in the hotel garage can be difficult to find, as there are no signs on the street. The air conditioning in the rooms is outdated and can be loud and smelly.

The pool area was fantastic with a great view and it had an excellent location close to the shopping street and subway, making it convenient for travel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
